Q: When and where is NEXUS 2026?

A: 1–3 December 2026 at the InterContinental Ankara, Türkiye.

Q: What are the stand package options?

A: We offer two packages: Essential (shell scheme, basic fittings, visitor passes) for first-time exhibitors and startups; and Premium (enhanced build, LED screen, furniture, premium location, additional passes) for established brands seeking maximum visibility.

Q: What is included in the stand price?

A: All packages include shell scheme or space, fascia nameboard, spotlights, power socket, carpet, exhibitor manual, digital directory listing, pre-show marketing support, and on-site technical assistance.

Q: Can I choose my stand location?

A: Premium exhibitors receive priority placement. Essential stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after Premium selections are confirmed.

Q: How do I apply to speak at NEXUS?

A: Speaking slots are available to confirmed exhibitors. Submit a proposal through the Speaking Opportunities page. Priority is given to Premium exhibitors with active deployment case studies.

Q: What are the build-up and dismantling times?

A: Build-up opens 30 November 2026. Dismantling begins 3 December 2026 at 18:00. Detailed schedules are provided in the exhibitor manual.

Q: Do you provide shipping and customs support?

A: Yes. We work with preferred freight partners and provide customs brokerage guidance, on-site receiving, and secure storage.

Q: Who can attend NEXUS?

A: NEXUS is a trade-only event. Admission is open to professionals from government, industry, investment, and academia with relevant interest in AI, robotics, and autonomous civil systems.

Q: How do I register?

A: Visitor registration opens 90 days before the event. Register online to receive your badge and access credentials.

Q: Is there a cost to attend?

A: Standard visitor registration is free for qualified professionals. Premium visitor packages with enhanced networking access are available. Contact us for details.
